Kudler Fine Foods is a growing and profitable business. Challenges of life are still a concern for the owner, Kathy, and the need to confront those issues is necessary. Currently, Kathy takes no vacations, works when she is not feeling well, and cannot go out to look for the specialty items that the customer may be wanting. Kathy is mainly concerned for her health and the ensuing responsibility of her businesses should something happen to her. This is not just a fear for her health, but also for when she goes on vacation. Who is going to place orders, do payroll, pay vendors, and keep the books? Kathy currently takes care of the finances and ordering for all the locations of her business. Each locale is operating separately from the others. None are interlaced and none share information instantly. The information system that will be recommended will address this concern and help the business to grow past its current concerns.

The manager of one location will be able to see the inventory of another and direct clients if their stock is low on an item. This will build clientele and save costs due to less stock spoiling or getting donated.
