Problem of Creativity in Management

The style of creativity of a person and the style of thinking of a person are same. It’s fully depends on how person handle that peculiar problem. All people can solve the problem or any case but all can do it in a different manner.

Person I is choosing a way which is founded by him to reach home which is shortest and he do not face any difficulties.

There are two types of creative thinkers, Adaptive and Innovative. Adaptive are those who can handle problem very well and make a very good solution. They just believe that “Do thing better”. Innovative are those who handle same problem by modifying current situation. They believe “Do thing differently”. Let’s take an example, Person A and I want to go home there are certain difficulties in their way how they handle shown in below diagram.

There are N numbers of way to solve a particular problem. Both adapter as well as innovator is good or bad to solve a problem but they do it differently. All people can solve that problem and all are creative but the thing is they use different creative style and organization should welcome those creative ideas.

An alone person may be more creativity or adaptive rather than other Persons are in group. When I individual solve a Math’s problem at that time I have to faced only problem which is in my hand but when I ask my friend to solve that Math’s problem at that I have two problems : 1. Which is already in my hand and 2. The problem will occur between me and my friend due to different creativity styles.
