Did you feel the results were accurate? Why or why not?

* I felt the results were both accurate and not! I do agree that I am good with spatial skills. I can look at something and manipulate it to fit or to rearrange the item to make it fit better. I feel that it is wrong on the mathematical part. I find that my math skills are the highest of all my skills and the results showed that those were the skills that were underdeveloped.

Provide an academic definition of the word bias. Was the test biased in any way?

* Bias means to have prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. I did not feel the test had any bias at all.

What was the most challenging part of the assessment?

* I found that the biggest challenge to the test was the number sequences. I can see why the results were to say that my mathematical skills were under developed but I could not get the number sequences figured out. I thought I did the right sequence but apparently not.

How do you feel about these types of scores being used to compare you with another person? Please explain. I do not feel very comfortable being compared as a person based on the results. Many people shutdown during a test and then cannot remember anything. Unless you are trying to teach others skills that they need that would require you to have a higher understanding than they do, then I feel like these tests results should be used as an improvement tool only.
