Essentially in order to change, a company and all of the employees, need to understand the vision, behind the actual change. Sometimes, it can help if you focus on what worked well in the past for the company, and why that no longer works. Too often, people assume that the old ways should still work (or would work), if only people would try a little harder. However, new markets and new conditions in the marketplace, may demand a new vision and new ways in which to implement that new vision. I wonder, is there a way to "hold on" to the way things use to be, while at the same time, embrace the new changes that may take place? Why or why not?

Making a change is like move in a direction of unknown path and you don’t know if it is better for you or not. Making a change is all about managing risk, most of employees feel unsecure because they have a fear that they’re not going to be able to perform with the new changes. I believe that the organization should make those employees feel more comfortable and secure by motivate them and having a special training programs to help them be prepared for the new changes. Personally, I don’t think it will be a big deal to hold on to the way things used to be but the technology nowadays is making things much easier and more organized. I think change is good for each organization and the employees need to face it no matter what positive or negative.
