1.1 Introduction of the report:

The program is an integral part of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). This program creates a unique opportunity for the student to apply their theoretical knowledge into practice and gain valuable real world business experience. During the program, students can also realize existing business condition apart from having opportunities to solve the problem using various analytical tools. Organizational performance comprises the actual output or result of an organization as measured against its intended outputs. Specialists in many fields are concerned with organizational performance including strategic planners, operations, finance, legal and organizational development.

1.2 Objectives of the Report:

a. General Objective

The prime objective of the report is to analyze the “Relationship of Beximco Synthetics Limited”.

b. Specific Objectives

* To Identify and assess the present performance of Beximco Synthetics Ltd.

* To calculate the financial ratios and identify the areas concern.

* To understand the implication in analyzing and interpreting the financial ratios.

* ROE/ROA use regression results & analysis.

* To identify the findings and raise possible recommendations for improving the performance of Beximco Synthetics Limited.
