CCIM Transfer Credit Application

A maximum of three (3) transfer elective credits may be granted for the following graduate courses, professional recognition, and educational offerings: Transfer Elective Credit for Graduate Courses: Up to three (3) transfer elective credits may be awarded to students who successfully complete a graduate course (undergraduate courses are not accepted for transfer credit), in either real estate or finance within seven (7) years of the date or request, from an AACSB (American Academy of Colleges and Schools of Business) accredited school. The course must have been taken for credit (noncredit continuing education courses are not accepted for transfer credit), and an official transcript showing a passing grade of a least a “B” must be submitted with the transfer credit application and fee of $150 ($50 for each credit). Transfer elective credit for Professional Recognition: Three (3) transfer elective credits are awarded to students who document having attained one of the following professional designation or certifications and submit with the transfer credit application and fee of $150 ($50 for each credit): ALC Accredited Land Consultant ASA American Society of Appraisers (real estate only) CA Chartered Accountant CFA Certified Financial Analysis CFP Certified Financial Planner CGA Certified General Accountant CIPS Certified International Property Specialists CMA Certified Management Accountant CPA Certified Public Accountant CRB Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager CRS Certified Residential Specialist CSM Certified Shopping Center Manager JD/LLB Law Degree MCR Master of Corporate Real Estate MCRS Master of Corporate Real Estate Services SRS Appraisal Institute

AACI, CIO, CPM, CRE, CRF, FRI*, MAI/SRPA, RPA and SIOR designations are part of the Fast Track program and are not granted transfer credit.
