Accounting

I use accounting everyday in my adult life. I love the idea of working with numbers. I have worked with accounting in both my business and personal life. I work with it more in my personal life I feel with my checking account. In my past jobs I would audit over 100 accounts a day doing checks and balances, handling their inventory invoices. I have also used the PeachTree software along with Quickbooks. Just by knowing how to balance my check book helps me to be responsible. I love the fact that I have control over my finances and I know how to budget what I have. Using accounting in my personal life also helps me to be organized and gives me a clear view of what I have in my account and where my money is going.

Accounting is a part of my life now and it will be in the future. I like knowing where my money is and how I am investing it. I like knowing how to make my money make money. In my career I want to be in human resources. That is my career goal. I love doing payroll and keeping up with the checks and balance. I love accounting all that comes with it. When I go out to by a new car accounting has helped me with knowing what depreciation is and how to get the value. I have taken accounting classes in the past and I have an Associate’s Degree in accounting so I know what to look forward to. I am excited to learn all I can about accounting so I can continue to use it throughout my future.
