I choose The University of New Castle in my research.

Requirements:

1. Identify what the organization sees as the current and future strategic change requirements and future directions against their existing policies and practices.

Current Strategies:

* Recognized and respected as a University of distinction, with committed and involved staff;

* Leaders in equity and diversity, playing a transformative role in communities, locally, nationally and internationally;

* Teaching leads in the education of professionals, and the students are satisfied and engaged

* The vision of the University to achieve a recognition for the performance and also for the committed and involved staff. The university also aims at achieving the position in terms of the transformation and contribution that it provides to the society. Also, the organization focuses on bringing out the best of them by showing how the students from the university are satisfied and engaged.

* University’s research has global impact and influence, and is connected to important theoretical and practical issues; and

* Organization is responsive, engaging and strong, and capable of being both clear in its direction and flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances

* The organization also focuses on extending their research to the global impact and focuses on highlighting the importance of the research conducted in the university as well. The organization also aims being flexible and adapting to change.

* The company operates on the values of Honesty, fairness, trust, accountability and respect. It is evident from the organisation’s website and strategic plan that a lot of importance is given to these values and these form the crux of the university.
