Discussion
The research of the phenomena associated with the influence of power on our society is a fascinating field, due to the fact that the different kinds of power that exist in our society, our university, in the country where we live and even within our families clearly determine our behavior and our values.
In this world, every society, institution or human group is a network, where all the elements are linked, even networks are also related and are constantly changing and evolving. This evolution and constant change takes place due to the human being nature, because at the end, people are the fundamental unit of every network, so leadership and exercise of power should be based on the behavior of human beings as individuals, and never as static entities, therefore facts as emotions, cultural diversity and many other factors of differentiation, as well as the whole network interaction, must be taken into account when constructing a network to exercise power on it, which is a daily challenge on leadership.
In general, the global society is divided into networks, everyone is in or out of each network, and there is power exercised over people into the network (in order to get this people to obey what those who have the power decide, and to think what they are constantly working to program in their minds, in order to achieve that the network members make an effort to achieve some goals or to behave in a certain way) , as well as over people who are not into the network (in order to get them into the network and to impose them their rules), both forms of power must consider the existence of counter power due to the human...
