In this era, there are so many problems that businesses have to faces: competition, source of capital, human resource, the laws of nation which companies business…In this case, understanding the culture of a country where companies have the market there are important, it determines the success or failure of business strategies.

In the communicative culture of a country, there are always the habits that people do business must grasp. In which communication methods influence business too much: spoken and written language, nonverbal language, distance communication and punctuality; body language and reputation in business.

In Viet Nam, there are many synonyms when referring to a certain word; this will cause confusion for foreigner business who want to communicate with Vietnamese. In recent times, Vietnam’s Businessman has attached to the importance of using trademark colors, in colors designed to attract customers, for example : Pho 24 using key image is blue green colored nuggets, customers can feel this is a cleanly and healthy restaurant, always use fresh processing material. Trung Nguyen’s coffee corporation using the images dominant color is brown, red soil characteristics of the plateau region, where the famous brands is produced.

In the recent years, Viet Nam opened to trade with other countries, the ways of communication in Viet Nam is significantly improved, especially the typical gesture of shaking hands when meeting partners or acquaintances, not long ago have a little action in the hands of the Vietnamese to communicate. Vietnamese now improved very much to be on the time in business also, but in the party and meeting friends who are Vietnamese was known as using "rubber time".
