It is very important to build trust within the group because these can paramount to a successful team and reinforce efforts of all individuals involved in the project. Creating a healthy collaborating team can provide a good work environment and also effectively tackle challenges and promotes good leadership skills. Resolving conflicts early with teammates can help build trust and also increase awareness skills on how to approach and solve issues related to the team project. Collaboration plus communication are two of the most important skills needed from members of the team. Recognizing and valuing the contributions of each team member is very important if what the team possesses will be successful or not. Team development should be included at the very beginning with communication and recognizing the value of the different behaviors and personal skills needed for the success of the team.
