EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of the study was to identify time stealers that play a major role in hindering the goals to be achieved on time and highlighting the importance of time in day to day life. Survey Method was used and a questionnaire was prepared. Feedback of 50 university students aging from 18 to 24 years and having an educational background of postgraduate and undergraduate was taken. The survey was carried out at different universities like IBA, SZABIST, and UOK, etc. Questionnaires were used to determine time wasters, how students prioritize their time and what measures do they take to control their time? Frequency Distribution and percentages were then calculated to analyze the data. The results declare that most students lack prioritizing and planning their tasks in numerous circumstances which result in wasting time in trivial matters and mismanagement. They tend to plan their daily tasks but seldom accomplish them whereas many opt for different strategies to overcome time constraints.
