The job of accountant is exceptional. Its knowledge is different all over the world but the way to work is the same in each country.First , it’s an independent and very well paid job. He leads and manages several companies at the same time and makes a complete financial analysis at the end of the year. He can manages several files simultaneously. The wage of salary for an accountant started around $250,000 and can go up to $800,000 per year. The accountant must become integrated very quickly within the company in order to make the best decisions and move the business forward. This is a work that acquires experience continually. Second, it is a job that requires a lot of discipline and responsibility. Nevertheless, no error should be committed. That’s why they require to an accoutant to be very experimented. However, accountants should fits quickly in a business to be able to identify the positive and negative things that allow a company to act now in all stages of the business life which are accounting, tax, finance and management. It is also a job that requires great skill with numbers and a work’s method to be on top of things of a company.The third major point it’s Sociability , which plays a big role in an accountant’s career. This is a quality that allows the accountant to maintain a good relationship with banks, clients and lawyers, and he badly needs to perform its functions properly. The sense of human contact and pedagogy with major clients and others around him pushes the accountant at the most important person in a company.
