Code of Ethics

* Conflict of Interest. The company does not condone any form of favor between the employee and the customer for personal gains.

* Confidentiality. As a service provider, the company maintains confidentiality in working relationship with respective role partner to protect their rights as well as build a long-lasting relationship.

* Honesty. The company is trustworthy in performing service at a designated time, accurate billing for service rendered, and providing client with accurate information.

* Fairness. The company avoids any form of favoritism, as well as service discrimination.

* Organizational communication. The company doesn’t publicize false claims on its services via advertisements or interpersonal communication with the customer instead highlights employee’s service excellence.

* Rewards system. The company encourages employees by having a behavior-based control system, which focuses on behaviors utilized to achieve results. This is to have a corrective control to reward or discipline an employee.

* Employee socialization. The company conducts regular orientation sessions and subsequent formal meetings to address new issues and reinforce past lessons, which will help the individual adapt and appreciate the norms and values of the company.

* Performance evaluation. The company monitors employee performance not only through outcome-based control system but also through one’s ethical performance.

* Leadership training. Leaders especially supervisors and managers stress importance on practicing the organization’s code of conduct for their subordinates to emulate these traits.

* Service product knowledge. The company continually trains all employees due to an ever-changing business environment as well as the rapid changes in technology.
