When we start to built the database, we begin at initiating and then develop statement of work that summarizes the public health value, goal, and solution of the project. Determine which the best project management approach is. Then planning the identify work and estimate time, cost, and resource requirements and gain approval. Executing launch and coordinate with the people and resources to implement the plan. Then controlling ensure project objectives are met by measuring progress regularly to identify variances from the plan so that corrective actions can be taken. At last, closing project acceptance of the project deliverables and ending the project. Health services through planning, training, implementation, evaluations, and corrective actions and all of these are projects. In a word, a health program is a series of interconnected, interdependent projects. In public health, learning and discovery are integral parts of research, evaluations investigations.
