The health care industry is an industry that is growing and adopting the way it does business from year to year. With the latest president of the United States taking office health care and the quality of it has been under the microscope like it never has before. New laws and regulations have been passed that will help increase the always important need of the best quality of care the health care industry can provide to the public.

In America’s free-market economy, competition ordinarily

improves the quality and reduces the price of goods and services for the

benefit of the consumer. For example, in the healthcare industry, competition

may promote quality and reduce costs as providers compete among
