Mission

To conduct a 4-day event in Montego Bay, Jamaica for the 56 employees of Fan Tan Medical Supplies and their families. Our goal is to improve the company’s name, recognition, and reputation in terms of “Green” initiatives. To improve all financial and operational processes by incorporating sustainability into future projects and applying energy efficient green technologies into our operations. This will enable our company to introduce more advanced radiological MRI equipment into the medical industry which will be more operationally efficient.

Scope

The tangible outputs and services of this project include:

1. Complete adequate travel arrangements for all travelers. This would include airfare from Chicago, IL to Montego Bay, Jamaica and shuttle service from the airport in Montego Bay to the Hotel.

2. Complete hotel accommodations for employees and their families for the entire stay.

3. Complete the arrangements of providing two meals per day. This would include lunch and dinner. Breakfast arrangements to be made and provided by the hotel.

4. Complete booking conference rooms for daily meetings with the employees. These meetings will introduce new products and discuss ideas on how to incorporate sustainability within the company.
