Why are the worst restaurants always in great locations of a city with everyone and all the locals loving that place? The Waffle Hose is that restaurant that the locals love and always have a full house with cigarette smoke everywhere. This place is horrible for many reasons; taste first and foremost, location is near a club and their cleanliness is and never will be the standard. The CEO of the company should make franchise owners take more pride in the restaurants and not look at it as just a paycheck. The Waffle House needs to change lots of rules and come up with a plan fast.

The taste of this place’s food just isn’t normal by any means. Can’t understand why they think it’s okay to cook all there food in oil. Last time I checked oil doesn’t have the best taste in the world and plus its unhealthy so why cook everything you serve in it like for instance eggs or even hash browns. The first time I was there I ordered an omelet with hash browns and bacon mind you it took the waiter ten minutes to just get our drink order. The food finally arrived and I was completely speechless because you could literally see the oil on the food as if it was painted. The thing that blow me away was when I asked our waitress what was covered all over the food she flat out said “oil” she then called over other waiters over because she felt as if I was crazy and cooking with oil is normal. I left the restaurant is total shock and confusion and had to ask a few people that came was I the crazy one.

In a the Waffle House‘s I’ve saw they are always conveniently located near a clubs or bars where people can get drunk and are fooled by the food and the next day proceed to tell people how great it is. The reason why my family even entertained the thought of eating at this place was because the group of so called friends we hung out with thought this place was great and we new to the area. They also mentioned they were open 24 hours a day which is suspicious....
