2. Why did you choose this career?

Administrative Assistants receive a lot of opportunities to use their skills and qualities,

I am organized , very focused I have multitasks , time management and process oriented skills, so I’m looking forward for a position whereby I can utilize these skills.

I have a very good interpersonal communication skills to interact with customers.

I am responsible , detailed person so I can be in charge of interacting with top management level, facing difficult and stressful situations which develop my problem-solving skills .

Building a professional successful career and make a positive impact into the organization.

- By Gaining the trust and respect of my managers and the department.

That was a rare occasions that I can’t meet deadline but if I'm going to miss a deadline, I tell my boss beforehand. He then either extends the deadline or throws more assets at the problem to meet the deadline.
