* External- the demand for electronic parts that are used in assembly and maintenance of radios, tape recorders amplifiers and various selected appliances in other towns.

* Internal-the demand for more man power to serve all the customers various need in term of repair or sales

* External-about Mr.Mallari’s former classmate Estelito chan well –established appliance assembly plant in manila and other factory outlets

* Internal –about Mr.Mallari’s employees who are striving for higher position or salary.

* External-the trend in the towns he wants to establish his factory

* Internal-his company’s rules and regulation

* External-total investment in putting up more stores

SUGGESTED COURSES OF ACTION

From the major problem, we suggest that Mr. Mallari should take into account even the smallest detail in his business. A single mistake can ruin a perfectly crafted plan. The analysis will provide him a simple but firm foundation of actions he can perform in the future to sustain his current stability and to further support the scheme he is planning to implement.
