INTRODUCTION

Communication has been a way of exchanging huge quantities of information between people, from the ancient times. Along the history, the humanity use to have a lot of ways to communicate, starting with the body language and coming up with the newest methods; for most of us today, communication means sending and receiving spoken, video or written messages between people from different places. Being a tendency of a global world, communication through new technologies won more and more “land”, approaching people from all over the Earth. The development of the cell phone industry and the Internet were a milestone in communication, influencing people’s lives. Being able to communicate using these two technological tools means o lot of times better results in vast domains, saving people lives ultimately.

TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS FOR COMMUNICATION

Mobile communication becomes very attractive and extremely useful today. One of the most popular tools that are used today for the purpose of communication is the cell phone; in particular smart phones have become very popular in recent years. Really this should come as no surprise given how useful they are. There are a lot of benefits to having a smart phone, far more than most people realize. The biggest benefit of a smart phone is that we are never out of touch, therefore out of communication. Not to forget the Internet accessibility.

The communication through such beautiful tool may take different ways; in addition to phone calls and text messages, today we can communicate through email, instant messaging and chat. There is a much bigger possibility of transferring large volume of useful data between the sender and the receiver.
