Relationship with writing:

It must sound crazy, but I actually remember when I was about 1-2 years old. I took a pen and saw a picture of my parents and started scribbling on it. That was the first time I had ever written with a pen. Yes, scribbling isn’t writing, but if you look from a baby’s point of view, it is known as writing. I don’t remember how I felt, but most likely, I was the happiest baby alive at that time. While growing up, I have always had trouble remembering words and writing in proper language. When I was in India, I had a trouble remembering letters for my national language, Hindi. As I grew up, I started learning how to write in my mother tongue language which was Punjabi. Writing hasn’t always been a great support to me in the start, but once I got used to it, there was nothing that could stop me from writing out what I wanted. Once I got used to letters, and gained all the knowledge about writing, I started writing out essays, letters, emails, and everything. I like writing, it’s just that sometimes I get lost. When I have to write something, I get nervous because I can’t think of anything to say but once I get started, it’s like the flow of words come straight to me. Once I get started, I automatically start thinking, and my brain automatically starts functioning. I think it’s great to write. It helps you in everything and everywhere. Even now, when I started this paragraph, I had no idea what to write, and how to start but then as I went along, the words came directly to me. I like writing.
