The problem here is legalizing marijuana. I am fully against this subject, because I think that marijuana is a gateway to different drugs. If marijuana was legalized in the states then everyone who smokes marijuana would have access to it legally and then it will lead on to use of other drugs. If marihuana was to be legalize it would impact everyone in this society. Because if marijuana was legalize people would get taxed for it. They might tax our paychecks even more for medical marijuana uses. The problem is a lot of people want this law to be legalized because they think it’s something that won’t harm this society. What they don’t see is more crime rates would raise. This law exist in California and there is a lot of crime rates in California on illegal marijuana farms. The legalization of marijuana first started in California and Colorado. The problem the after legalizing it was there were many illegal growing of marijuana, and it was all profitable tax money that the government was making from medical marijuana. This exists because of medical purposes only. I am against legalizing marijuana but I have no choice in this topic because my group chose it and I have to with it. The problem of legalizing this law is big, because everyone wants it legalize, but the person who wants it legalized don’t see the future outcome of what it’s going to effect in our society. The reason why this exists is because people use this drug for medical purposes. The people who really wants it legalize is the people who abuse this drug. There are people who are out there that needs this drug for medical purposes but there is more people out there that needs it for their addiction.
