4. Establish and justify a motivational program based on one or a combination of motivation theory to deal with the situation to deal with the situation as it exists at the end of the case.

The process of motivating and developing employees is of huge importance to any organization. The problem that happen is Perfect Pizzeria are the managers are not get proper training to develop the skills required and too much part time employee. There are also no systematic criteria for being a manager or becoming a manager trainee at Perfect Pizzeria. Due to the problem, the top management of the Perfect Pizzeria need to plan an effective program for the manager such as seminar, courses and others in order to get quality manager and thus archive the company goal and find the best way to solve the employee turnover.

Firstly, the program for the manager must fulfill the criteria due to the managerial problem that Perfect Pizzeria faced. For example, the seminar or courses must goes beyond motivation theory and provides practical, which easy to apply employee motivation techniques and that will help the manager motivate their staff to higher levels of performance. Plus than that, the other more important requirement for the program that are needed, such develops the management communication, coaching and mentoring skills to hold employees accountable in a positive manner, engaging employees to accept responsibility for improved performance, and empowering employees to be more productive. This interactive program takes managers through critical areas that help them motivate staff and create employee development plans that work with any individual. Rather than making assumptions, managers learn how to use improved listening and verbal communication skills to better manage and motivate their employees.
