Management Feasibility

Management is considered the most important area. Management in business and organizations is the function that coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. It’s how the owners mange the entire operation.

During Pre-operating Period

In pre-operating period of the business, Rizza , Michelle, Danica, Catherine, and Sandy will invest P300,000. The owners will acquire land and building in Angono, Rizal and the remaining capital will be spend for the arrangement of the department and buying of materials and equipment for the beginning of the business. Completion of the legal document for the business transaction like Business Permit and BIR Clearance.

During the Operating Period

The owners will manage the business operation. The employees must clearly distributed for the duties of operational activities like product making, packaging, and delivering to evade the miscommunication in the field. The employees must assigned appropriate to their qualities. The management goals to have a working place full of cooperative people to work like a team and perform effectively to make the business succeed.

But we made it more strong to carry heavy goods and we made it more fashionable to carry. The main component of the product is a sack which is more eco-friendly because you may use it in a long period of time. And more efficient to carry because of its fashionable appearance. It has different style that make you more classic.
