The local government can take few measures to avoid or reduce these unethical actions from this group of people that are taking advantages on our society. These measures should be active and frequently practice by the DBKK to avoid future problems with this issue.

One of the action can be taken by local government is by taking action on those who donate money to the illegal beggars or illegal performers. This is because those who donate are just encouraging others to begin begging or perform illegally. The local government can make a new policy where they can enforce law on the person who is donating or the illegal parties. A new policy that recommended and implemented by the local government such as compound or penalty towards them can decrease this activities of this illegal parties. For example, on the meeting of the city Hall Lumpur (DBKL) and other relevant agencies, they have discussed the issues on this matter where they wanted to take actions on the parties that giving the money to the other party.

Besides that, the local government also can take measures by creating awareness about this issue. This is because this issue not only affecting certain individuals but affecting the society in general. Moreover, this illegal beggars or performers are not usually consists of the local community. Most of them are foreigners that come to our country to work and bring our money back to their hometown. Some of them scam the community by telling sad stories or pretending to be disabled such as missing limb. Their actions will affect our community as well as our economy since a lot of our own currency is going out of the country. By raising awareness to the community, we could be more knowledgeable on how to confront them. In addition, our community will not be fooled by their acts of seeking pity and gaining free money from our society.
