Paraphrasing

With a co-worker, paraphrasing sometimes made him repeat several time the information over again to ensure that I understood him completely.

Listening builds friendships and careers.

Learning how to listen is a great skill. When you give someone your undivided attention, ultimately you will hear what you need to hear and gain better understanding. When people know that they have your attention, sometimes they are willing to share even more information and knowledge.

Rewrite the sentences to make them correct:

1. Questions pertaining to your pension benefits should be submitted to James Douglas the human resource specialist on Thursday May 12th, by 4:00 p.m.
