We are planning to open an urgent care facility called JSKILL Urgent Care. The clinic will be located in downtown Renton near the Renton Transit Center. We chose this area because it is easily accessible for both drivers and pedestrians. There is a large parking garage for drivers in need of parking. Those without a vehicle may arrive at our place by bus. Downtown Renton does not have a lot of traffic and is near highway i-405. Also there are no urgent care clinics in this area.

Within our office, we will have many different areas. We will have an area for our receptionist to interact with our customers who are patients seeking urgent medical care. Our customers will have a waiting room available as well. There will be separate bathrooms for both clients and employees. All of our files, cabinets, and supplies will be in a storage room. Lastly, we will have about six examination rooms, two offices for doctors, one admin office, meeting room, and break room.

Our clinic will have trained and experienced support staff and medical professionals. We will have qualified doctors and nurses. Also, we will have a pharmacist, receptionist and lab technicians to work with some of the equipment. Since our work requires us to interact with patients, our employees are expected to have great interpersonal and communication skills. They must be able to work under pressure. Things can get hectic when we get busy, and our staff must be able to react accordingly. Our customers will mostly consist of people who are in need of urgent medical attention, instead of
