Specific purpose: to encourage the use of Sun block as a measure of prevention of sun-related skin diseases

Central Idea: People should apply the Sun block product to aid in the prevention of ultraviolet radiations that cause skin diseases such as cancer: A case study of Sun block produts

1. Introduction to the subject topic

The sun being the most powerful entity in our universe with most of its rays coming in contact with almost all humans inconsiderate of where a person is emitting harmful ultra violet rays. The solar radiations constitute of two different harmful rays UVA and UVB, which upon prolonged exposure to the skin cause a variety of skin defects like skin burns and cancer. Due to their invisibility to the human naked eye, detection of ultraviolet rays of the sun is difficult as the body also has no detection mechanism against these rays (Miyar, Diven, Cosulich, Kidd, Braswell, Triplett, and Pandya 416). Hence, the use of protection methods like use of sunglasses and application of sun block cream is highly advised especially to light skinned persons living in solar intense regions like Las Vegas and other regions across the globe.
