Illegal Immigration

Abstract

This article examines the causes of illegal immigration and its effects on the host country. The paper is explaining the movement and findings of illegal immigrants. Different causes of immigration are taken into account. Host countries take both ends of immigrants i.e. simply allow the immigrants to lead the life according to rules and regulations and otherwise there should also be an accountability system for these immigrants. How does the international community take serious considerations of these illegitimately entered people? Purpose of this paper is to analyze the procedures for civil remedies in the world. The paper is not focusing any particular region or the country. How a host country overcomes the illegal activities of these immigrants. Due to illegal immigrants the economy of that very particular country comes under shattering condition.

Illegal Immigration

An illegal immigrant is one who migrates from one country to the other one for permanent residence without any proof of documentation. Due to his migration many problems are developed including the unemployment, rising crime rates and overpopulation. Host country cannot provide more opportunity to its native people.

Analytical Description

Two different opinions are set for these immigrants. First opinion says that illegal immigration is not a serious concern. They argue that influx of these immigrants cannot create problems for their host country. They also say that labor induction can boost up the economy of that country. But the said argument is not agreeable in my case because it is essential that if these illegal immigrants are considered as a part and parcel of the labor market of the concerned country then they should be registered.
