The Koran and the Bible both acknowledge the birth of Jesus as being a miracle; however, the Bible credits the miracle of his birth to his heavenly origins. He is the most noted historical and religious figure on earth. The discussion and interpretation of Jesus had been deciphered and recorded into to many books, logs, etc. the Bible is the book in which the story of the life of Jesus is logged in my follower of Jesus (disciples) who were divinely inspired to record the life of Jesus. Likewise, in the Koran, Jesus is mentioned to be a holy figure, but only regarded and a great teacher, but not the son of God.

In the book of Matthew, the bible denotes the birth of Jesus being a sign of the coming of the holy one who will be the sacrifice for the people’s sins. During the scene where Joseph and Mary are in the stable and baby Jesus was being delivered, the 3 shepherds were on their way to see Jesus and were confronted by an angel. The men were startled, although the angel brought good tidings. He said, “Fear not: for, behold, I bring to you good tidings of great joy…….for unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the lord” (709) The angel was the key factor in making known that Jesus’ birth was more of just an “just-by-chance” miracle, but an event that was predestined and far beyond a luck of the draw.

The Koran’s interpretation of the deity of Jesus demeans and trace of any Godly traits being associated with Jesus. The author’s point of view In this excerpt of text clearly show that Jesus is a respected and noted teacher and prophet, but no one seemingly worthy of being the Son of God and a liaison between God and man. The author also explains that Jesus being of god is a type of blasphemy in itself. The writer says, “…..God forbid that he himself would have a son!”(882) There is also mentions of the Sects (possibly Jews and followers of Christ) assert that those who believe likewise are in serious error “…the Sects are divided...
