4. Determine the overall duration of the project, and identify the critical path.

The overall Project Duration is 28 days long if there is no slippage n the scheduled task. The critical Path is as follows Tasks 1, Task 2, Task 4, Task 5, since Review Records (5 days) runs concurrent with Observe Operations (7 Days), it has 5 days of slack. Since Study Sale & Billing (1 day) runs concurrent with Analyze Bumblebee (3 days, it has one day of slack.
