Yes in this case fight and flight responses was evident do to. When Colombo perceives threats towards her character, she responses it in every possible manner. A wrongful termination and harassment suit filed against Colombo, which was filled by a wholesaler who tried to give bribe to Colombo for passing loan on fraudulent basis and the result Colombo tried to fight against the fraudulent suit against her In Colombo’s case vice president brushed off her case against the wholesaler. The wholesaler was rescued, when Colombo comes back he started harassing Colombo sexually and that’s how she gave up and   resigned the office in 2005. Then we come through another case where a former wholesaler name Sylvia reacted to the situation in a fight mode and complain about taking of bribes by BNC underwriters and she refuse to pay the loan, files go missing and her bosses set her as an example of complaining body who suffered when complained.

2. The influence on the stress experience appear to be present was the bribes that were common and the lure of generating 16,000 dollars a month in revenue for yourself and your family. The keep your mouth shut or you would be terminated the stress of losing that type of income would be mind-blowing to me I’m not sure as to what I might do if put in that situation.
