The LunchStop

Date: January 23, 2009

To: Steve Taylor, Facilities Manager

Subject: Overview of upcoming meetin

This memo is just an overview of what I have planned for our upcoming meeting. To refresh, I believe River View Plaza would be an ideal location for my delicatessen and I am convinced that tenants in the Plaza, including the workers at DigiFast would benefit from having me there.

Advantages

With an eatery on site employees at River View Plaza would be much less tempted to go elsewhere for their meals. No longer will you have the traffic congestion during lunch hours at the opening of our complex. This will be a great benefit as I understand there have been a few fender benders recently. With my eatery at River View Plaza, lunch would consist of just a few steps.

The Lunchstop also provides healthy choices to its customers believing a healthy employee is a happy, productive employee.

Concerns

I understand, from when I spoke with you before, you have some concerns about me wanting to have an outdoor eating area. Please rest assured that employees of The LunchStop and myself will be maintaining the exterior appearance of The Lunchstop. I know that debris does not always end up where it is suppose to and you are worried about being forced to maintain the exterior, please rest assured this is not the case. All of my employees are well versed in maintaining the appearance of The LunchStop.

I will be covering these issues and more much more in depth at our upcoming meeting but I know you were highly concerned and I want you to know that I value and understand your concerns and am taking all the necessary steps to reassure you that they are unnecessary.

I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming...
