Most basic level of politics is the struggle of “who gets what, when, how.” This struggle may be as modest as competing interest groups fighting over control of a small municipal budget or as overwhelming as military stand-off between international superpowers. Political scientists study such struggle, both small and large, in an effect to develop the general principles or theories about the way world of politics work. Political science is an academic discipline which study in a systematic way deals with practice of politics, acting among human behavior. Political science is trying to answer the questions and how to obtain true knowledge. Political science is trying to overcome what people don’t know, and what knowing really is by becoming knowledgeable.

Political science is the analysis, description, and prediction of political behavior, and political systems and politics. The diverse structure of political science reflects the diverse kinds of problems the discipline attempts to analyze and explain. In fact, political science includes many sub-disciplines such as, comparative politics analyzes and compares political systems within and across different geographic regions, U.S. politics is the study of United States systems and political behavior. One more that I can think of is political methodology that deals with the ways that political scientist ask and investigate questions

Political theory is another political fact that is study by analyzes fundamental political concepts such as power and democracy and foundational questions, like “How should the individual and the state relate?” Since building theory serve as the cornerstone of the discipline, it may be useful to see how it works. Consider how political scientists have arrived at the
