Introduction
Businesses and organizations uses surveys to obtain information and gain better understanding of the business and comments from customers and consumers about their products and services.
Information obtained or gathered from the survey will help researcher(s) understands the business problems and also help to solve the problems and ways to improve the business.
For over the past three years, Whitner autoplex is experiencing a decline of auto sales, customers are purchasing cars the way they use to now, the organization decided to send questionnaires to customers on record to obtain information that will help evaluate and analyze the situation.
This survey paper will explain how the proposed survey addresses survey questions, and determine if the survey questions are appropriate for researching Whitner autoplex business problem and explain why there are.
This survey paper will also identify the level of measurement used for the survey questions, and explain which ethical implication must be considered when developing survey questions.
How the proposed survey addresses the questions
This survey is designed basically to find-out from customers on record the reason they not coming back to purchase cars anymore the way they used to about five years ago. Questions are designed to help researcher(s) understand what customers like and dislikes.
The essence of the survey questions is to obtain customers view and buying experience, and to ascertain what is likely to draw customers in or back to purchase cars.
