Ethical Behavior

The concepts that have made me a much stronger candidate are teamwork, effective communication and ethics and corporate responsibility. These concepts to me were much needed and knowledge that I that I am thankful to have gained. I realize that these concepts are tough topics that a lot of people struggle with and I have in my past. That’s a good reason to discuss these concepts, because this is why I am a much stronger candidate.

Teamwork is a big word that in some cases is not wanted. Teamwork is one of the most successful strategies in the business world. Although a typical business have a chain of command that consist of a top level, middle level and lower level it stills doesn’t reason with the fact that teamwork is a demand. It’s a demand because of the increase in productivity, the improved quality and many other wonderful advantages that can help with success. Without teamwork a business could suffer and not just the business itself. An individual such as myself need to have a clear understanding of the word teamwork. I feel that I have a clear understanding of teamwork and I plan to use this throughout my career.

Effective communication is very important in the business world. A lot of unwanted issues have been caused simply because of lack of communication, unclear communication, or misinterpreted communication. Important information, lost documents or incomprehensible information can do great harm to actions or plans within a business. It’s very necessary to have effective communication skills in the business world. The ability to be responsible and comprehensive in the professional type of environment is a must. This concept is something that I attend to make sure that I have altogether, because I want to avoid a situation like Jenny and the location manager.
