Well the issues that the court is going to have to decide in this case whether, she is qualified for this partnership at the accounting firm. They are going to have to decided whether her rights to sue the firm for gender discrimination of wanting her to act and dress more like a female. They have to decide if the firm has a discrimination against having females as a partner in the firm, how many women have sued the company for discrimination.

3. Discuss whether or not the employer discriminated unlawfully.
