Communication Style

According to my 360 I am strong in most of my communication styles. However, as I already predicted, I need to work on my written communication. I am going to continue working on my strengths so that I can reach my maximum potential. My vocal communication style in a group or one on one situation is good according to my 360. I pay attention to details and always provide constructive manner. I can improve on this by paying more attention and providing a detailed constructive response. I want to create openness between my colleagues so that our relationship can strengthen. I want to encourage them to say whatever is on their mind so that I can know what’s on their mind and work according to their needs. Open communication was one of my strengths and I am going to keep on working on it so that it can be much better. I feel open communication fosters a good work environment.

Values/Beliefs

My most deeply held values are honesty, integrity, smart work, meeting deadlines, open communication and so on. According to my 360, most of what I stated are my strengths. I am going to work on this more so that I can develop my values/beliefs more. I am going to do this by making sure my colleagues understand what this mean to me and by finding out what their values/beliefs are. Most probably, most of them will have different views that me, however, the point of this to come to a middle ground that all of us can agree to disagree on. Mutual respect and trust between colleagues is very important to have good relationships in the work surrounding. I treat everybody with respect and I am a firm believer of respect is earned. If you treat people with respect, they will treat you back with respect as well.
