• Mission Statement: establish and run a successful motorcycle repair shop and a Motorcycle racetrack.

Founder & CEO: Phil Hooser and he is the owner of the business and main decision maker.

CFO: Thomas Hooser and he is responsible for the finances of the company and second in command.

• Description of Facilities: ten-acre plot of land within there is a 3500 square feet warehouse that is used as the motorcycle shop, and a half a mile long oval shaped motorcycle racetrack.

• Products Manufactured & Services: Phil’s motorcycle shop provides mechanic repair services for motorcycles, Phil also manufactures motorcycle performance parts to increase the performance of racing motorcycles, and his business also provides an opportunity for the public to race motorcycles in a safe and legal environment.

• Banking Relationships: Phil Hooser’s biggest investor is his brother Thomas Hooser who invested $100,000 of his own funds to purchase the land, The business also took out loans from the bank in the amount of $250,000 to establish the motorcycle shop, build the racetrack, and purchase equipment for the repair shop.

• Growth & Future Plans: The Company has been growing in popularity because Phil owns the only motorcycle racetrack in Central and North East Florida. The future plans include expanding the mechanic shops within and out of the state, also building Motorcycle racetracks in popular cities across the U.S. and once they are a well established organization the ultimate goal for Phil would be to create an official motorcycle race brand name like for example NASCAR, but for Motorcycles.
