final paper; 3 goals

introduction

the three goals i have chosen and would be writing about are; getting a job within 6 months, grow stronger in God (spiritual upliftment) within 1 year, and lastly, get a GPA of 3.8 next semester. my action plan would break down these threee goals and how i am going to achieve.

action plan for getting a job within 6 months

* find jobs that are hiring. you don’t just want to apply to places that are just accepting applications because they are not in a rush to employ people.

* apply for as many as i can. i would’t just apply for the ones i think i am going to get employed in. i want to apply everywhere because i never know who would hire me.

in the process of applying

* make sure i don’t just answer all the questions, but make sure the questions are answered coreectly.

* give good skills that i carry. like experiences from pass jobs. something that would set me apart from other applicance.

* give good reference. i would make sure my references are old managers that would say good things about me.

following up with the application

* call often to talk to the hiring manager about your application. with me calling shows that i am very interested in the job.

* walk in sometimes. this also shows how much i really want the job and it sets me apart from other applicance.

* keep calling and going in till i get a job.

interview

* dress for the job. my dressing would determine if i want the job or not. dress professional.

* be on time or few minutes early. this would show that they can count on me to pe puntual when they hire me.

* have a positive attitude. my attitude would tell what kind of customer service i would have and if i would be respectful to the employees and my managers.

* have a smile on. shows my friendliness

* make sure you have eye contact.
