In your industry or organisation, research and identify the five main causes of injury.

Analyse the information, identify the potential causation factors.

Using the information in your learning guide and textbook write a report to the relevant industry/organisation’s stakeholders, ensure all legislative requirements are addressed in your report.

Gather & organise the injury data and attach as an appendix to your report together with any other information you deem relevant.

Include in your report tables and graphs showing the area of injury, severity and average time lost.

Also include a distribution list identifying all relevant stakeholders and interested parties, explain why you think this information is relevant or important to them.
