Objective: As a leader of BCV programme

Explain in not less than 1000 words on how to improve the programme

Every leader tries to do his best to be the best, but this thing is not easy as what we think. There are a lot of things we have to do and follow to be a leader as : to know how to communicate with the rest of the people or the employees, how to let your point reach to them exactly as how u wanted it and how to make the people make advertisement for you. In this case I want to compare between two leaders from different colleges.

First, in the college there are a lot of things we have to take care of. As a leader in the college the most important thing is the students. When the students feel comfortable in the college they will score higher than the normal rate. The college will start to lose a lot of the students when the bad advertisement (talk about the college) starts about the college because the new students will not agree for a college to make them suffer. No one of the students will come to any college before they ask about it.

As a project leader it’s my duty to compare and contrasts between my college in which I am a project leader and one of our rival institutions.

The compare and contrast will be focussed on 3 key sections

1. School facilities

2. Educational Standards

3. Relationship between the Student body and Management

1. School facilities

As I had undertaken my Diploma in another College, City University College, I do believe that I am in a position to compare and contrast the differences between the facilities of Segi College and City University College.

City University to some extent does not have the same facilities as in Segi College. In city the focus is more on the theory side of the subject rather than the practical application of it, whereas in Segi the focus is on both sides and students can handily understand the theory in terms of practical application.
