Ur Riddle

I was informed that Uriah Rudy Riddle was applying for a management trainee position with you bank and I was requested to give a confidential evaluation. Below is my personal recommendation of U. R. Riddle.

As a management professor I have came across several students that I could see managing large corporations, but I can honestly say that U. R. Riddle is the only one that I would highly recommend. U.R. is an intelligent young man whose appearance may be a little on the sloppy side but his knowledge and drive is a one-of-a-kind. During his senior year Riddle submitted a paper relating different management styles to modern psychology and this was one of the best papers that I have ever had a student submit. Not only was he good a putting his thoughts on paper, but he is great at mathematics and can easily handle all the statistical aspects that my course required of him.

Not all things about U.R. Riddle could be looked at as positive. He was a very temperamental student; he frequently missed class, and didn’t participate in the group project that was required for the course. Although he missed class, I can remember when he completely missed the midterm exam. After sitting down with him and talking about the reason he missed class, I decide to let him take the exam late. Needless to say U.R. took the exam and made an A.

U.R. Riddle was a great student and I feel that he would be a great asset to your team. He would make a great trainee and I know he would become a great leader in your organization. If you have any question please do not hesitate to get in contact with me.
