Yes. Although some of the challenges faced by Lufthansa are specific, but majority of them are similar to those being experienced by other business in today’s global economy. Business organizations today should come up with something new and ideal to become distinct and stand out in the crowd. In this competitive business environment making the best use of technological innovations in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business is one of the greatest challenge of an organization. Consumers all prefer timeliness products and services. Due to it, all the business must provide the mobile workforce with equipments that fits their needs and help them in mobile operation while it does not affect the accomplishing of their mission. Nowadays, the equipments mostly mean IT technologies because all these technologies simplify human activities and make their jobs much easier. The equipments can be like hardware like mobile phone or laptop, software and internet accession. Providing all these equipments may be costly to a firm or company and workforces must be trained to get familiar to those sophisticated equipments. So, this is one of the challenges experienced by all the global business.

Besides that, the ability to provide adequate supports to mobile workforce to make them more efficient and effective in their operations while keeping the cost at an affordable level and able to justify the performance and investment is another challenge for the global business.
