Criminal justice has advanced within the society with making adjustments within technology to help detect the growing trends. Barriers can keep the trends growing that can help to understand the transformation within the criminal justice system. The basic for most of the transformations are that society as set the priorities have become evident signals to review and inform the trends in justice. Criminal justice is always altering to protect and serve the shifting society within the trying to affect the overcome before the results are permanent. The author will examine the barriers that are in the criminal justice system that relates to woman and minorities within the certain agencies. The author also will identify and evaluate future and the current trends that are affecting the criminal justice system as defined the value that is within the criminal justice system from the changing society.

In criminal justice recent trends concerning to gender and racial assessments had been an issue that can ensure the equal opportunities for everyone that is regarding police work. The trends that are for the woman and minorities have been evaluated officially and informal configuration within the police agencies, then again, there have been obstacles that can relate to gender and race although rare can happen (Muraskin & Roberts, 2009). Apart from the assessment that was made within different agencies, woman have exhibited abilities that were effective to become patrol officers and helped to provide structure to the agencies. However, the past trends have disadvantaged the process of the police work involving administrative resistance to slow the staffing and the preservation of the female officers.
