Introduction
From the beginning of time, groups have been in existence regardless of the terminology that was used to describe their abilities. Whether referred to as a brigade or tribe, groups have continued to evolve to fit the changing needs of multiple societies. According to the business dictionary, teams are defines as:
“A group of people with a full set of complementary skills required to complete a task, job or project. Team members operate with a degree of interdependence, share authority and responsibility for self-management, are accountable for the collective performance, and works toward a common goal and share rewards (Team).”
