These descriptions are for three of the lead team members on our morale improvement team. This team will work with companies for short periods of time in order to help them revamp their outlook on reducing stress, increasing motivation, and improving overall morale in the workplace.

Job Descriptions

International Relations Coordinator

Position Details: The International Relations Coordinator will assist the company’s international department by examining their current work environment, analyzing what changes should be made, and organizing improvement techniques. Candidates for this position should be multilingual, very outgoing, able to motivate and inspire others, comfortable with public speaking, able to travel regularly, an experienced problem solver, and eager to add value to existing situations. They must always be a motivating example in the international relations department.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities will consist of monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the international operations overall morale to the team manager and the company directors. This position will also be required to give a final presentation to the entire International Relations department at the end of the two month period. This presentation must address the following:

* The benefits of having multicultural differences

* Motivating across different cultures

* Communicating with good will from a distance

* Effective teamwork regardless of location

* Diversity leads to a more comprehensive company

* Managing stress when travelling

* Being able to suggest beneficial changes to supervisors

* Existing areas in the International Relations department that need a boost in morale, and how they should begin that process

* The company’s future vision for the International Relations department
