1. Anatomy- the study of the structure and the shape of the body and its parts

Physiology- the study of how the body and its parts function

The heart pumps blood, oxygen, and nutrients throughout your body.

2. Chemical level is made up of atoms and atoms form molecules. The cellular level is made up of smooth muscle cells, which is made of molecules. The tissue level is made of smooth muscle tissue, which is made up of smooth muscle cells. The organ level is made up of different tissues and form organs like a heart. The organ system level is made up of several organs like the cardiovascular system. The organismal level consists of several organ systems and form things like a human.

3. The integumentary system is made up of skin and protects the deeper tissue from injury. The skeletal system is made up of cartilage, joints, and bones. It protects and supports body organs. The muscular system is made up of skeletal muscles and it allows locomotion. The nervous system is made up of the brain, sensory receptor, spinal cord, and the nerves. It responds to internal and external changes. The endocrine system is made up of the testis (males), the ovaries (females), pancreas, adrenal gland, thymus gland, thyroid gland, pituitary gland, and the pineal gland. It secretes regulatory hormones. The cardiovascular system is made up of the heart and blood vessels. It transports materials in the body. The lymphatic system is made up of the thoracic duct, lymph nodes, and lymphatic vessels. It returns fluid to blood vessels. The respiratory system is made up of the nasal cavity, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchus, and the lungs. It keeps blood supplied with oxygen. The digestive system is made up of the anus, rectum, large and small intestines, stomach, esophagus, and oral cavity. It breaks down food.
