Chapter 1: Introduction

In today’s world, that is so many brands of smart phone in the world. Definitely, there has a most famous smart phone in the world and there is no exception among KL youth market. In order to understand which kind of brands or smart phone is the most famous among the KL youth market, I had done a particular research from ten students in Business Department of Help University. To reach a perfectly answer, the questions requires to be concise and straight forward. For example, which smart phone do you prefer? On the other hand, I faced some barriers due to some students feel that it is very trouble for him/her to do a research during the process of conducting the research. But overall, it was very helpful for me to learn some critical skills from some of my seniors during conducting the research. For instance, you have to smile but let the students feel that you are sincere and eventually conduct the research successfully.

Chapter Two: Literature Review

In order to have a better understanding on the research, I had already read some articles to gather information and also analysis both iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S2 which are the most famous smart phone in the world from their official website. First look at the iPhone 4S, it is a touchscreen smart phone which is developed by Apple Inc. Although its weight is 140g, it has a small body with 115.2 (Height) x 58.6(Width) x 9.3(Depth) mm. Also, it has a powerful display with LED-backlit IPS TST and it is 640 x 960 pixels. In order to support iPhone 4S to run smoothly, there have some points to describe its features. Performance- The iPhone 4S owns a Duo-core A5 chip which means it can deliver up to two times more power and up to seven times faster graphic. Thus, it can reach the best effect during launching apps, browsing the web, gaming and others. iSight Camera- it has 8-megapixel resolution and also owns a 1080p HD video.
